Within that geography, we're particularly interested in home services, essential personal services, green industry (landscaping, irrigation, erosion control), inspection and compliance services, and waste and hauling services, though we remain open to other durable, recurring-revenue businesses that fit our broader criteria.

The businesses we're evaluating typically generate between $300K and $1.5M in annual earnings, with at least 10 years of operating history and a consistent track record of profitability and positive cash flow. We're especially interested in businesses where the current owner is considering retirement, a partial exit, or a change in leadership, and where a hands-on, dedicated buyer would be the right fit for the next chapter.
